Stock Road Upgrade

Project Overview

Ertech was engaged by the City of Swan to upgrade Stock Road, Bullsbrook to improve connectivity in the area.

Stock Road is being upgraded from a “No through Road” to a new single two lane 4.5KM carriageway with a T-Roff bridge over the Ellen Brook.

The extension is being built to provide vital access to enable development of the industrial area north of Stock Road. The new road will accommodate RAV7/oversize over-mass loads and enable large vehicles to bypass the Bullsbrook townsite.

The project’s road safety and access improvements also include an upgraded rail crossing, staggered T-intersection at Railway Parade and Stock Road and construction of a roundabout intersection at Stock Road and Great Northern Highway.

Advancing Youth Careers

The project has employed six graduates (equating to 15% of the direct workforce) from the Motivation Civil & Mining Academy.

Supervisors from the Motivation Civil & Mining Academy have been visiting the site to mentor and train students and graduates on site.

It has been a great opportunity for the graduates to learn and put into practice some of the skills gained during their training.
