M6 Community and Recreational Facilities Stage 1

Project Overview

The M6 Stage 1 Community Recreation Facilities project was a key requirement of planning approval for the $2.5 billion M6 motorway upgrade due to the significant impact that the motorway upgrade would have on existing sporting and recreational facilities in the area.

Ertech was appointed as the main contractor responsible and oversaw multiple specialist sub-packages. The project included building new and upgraded community recreational facilities at McCarthy Reserve/Ador Park Precinct, Rockdale and Brighton Memorial Fields, Brighton-Le-Sands.
