Congratulations to our electrical team on hitting the 100 mark!
Ertech’s in-house electrical capability has continued to expand, with the business recently surpassing the 100-team member milestone!
With ten projects currently underway in Western Australia in the oil and gas, defence, and community infrastructure sectors, the Electrical business unit is delivering a diverse range of projects for our expanding client base.
Our consistently good performance in the field is underpinned by ongoing investment in this business unit, site-based leadership and a commitment to training and developing our personnel.
Currently, apprentices and trainees make up 10% of our electrical workforce, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering industry expertise. Our experienced mentors play a crucial role in guiding and developing the next generation of talent within our company.
With a healthy project pipeline, the business unit, driven by the exceptional work of our electrical team, is set for substantial growth, providing exciting opportunities for individuals to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Our electrical expertise spans multiple sectors and includes:
- Fixed plant electrical and instrumentation installation
- Cable and cable support systems installation
- High voltage installation
- Electrical distribution installation
- Substations, transformer, and switchyard installation
