Students have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Certificate II in Civil Construction and Certificate II in Resources and Infrastructure Work Preparation through on-site training and workplace experience.
In 2008, the Ertech Construction Academy began by teaching young people how to become job-ready in a civil construction environment through the development of skills such as pipe laying and machine operation.
The Motivation Foundation has taken over the operation of the academy, which is now known as the Motivation Civil & Mining Academy, with the aim of increasing student numbers and becoming more sustainable.
Ertech continues to support the Academy as a major sponsor and actively recruits graduates from the program to transition trainees into the workplace.
We are committed to supporting each student with a holistic approach that caters to their individual needs whilst preparing them with the tools required to succeed in the construction industry.
