Our Story

Ertech is an Australian, employee-owned civil and electrical construction business. We deliver services to the private sector and local, state, and federal governments across Australia. We take pride in the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build—from humble beginnings back in 1981.

In forty years (and counting!), Ertech has evolved to provide a diversified service offering. We’ve grown from within while investing in new and emerging businesses, as well as acquiring established operations – together, this has driven the sustainable expansion of the business.

We have substantial experience across Australia, from bustling urban environments to local, regional centres to remote locations. We appreciate that each region is a unique market with different needs, and we make it our priority to ensure we’re familiar with these and understand how best to plug in.

We work in transport, mining, oil and gas, water, defence, waste and environment, power, aviation and community infrastructure.

We’re known for our knowledge-led solutions, diverse service offerings, collaborative approach and competitive technical skills.

Our Group

Ertech Group is a diversified engineering group with businesses operating in urban and regional areas across Australia.

The businesses work independently or in partnership to design, construct, and manage projects and is a trusted local provider to clients in the oil and gas, mining, transport, defence, utilities, environmental and community infrastructure sectors.

Collectively, we offer civil and concrete construction, electrical installation services, geotechnical services, near-shore marine construction, and structural strengthening, remediation and maintenance services.

Motivation Foundation

Ertech is the founding member of what now is the Motivation Foundation.

This not-for-profit organisation educates and develops life and employability skills for students enrolled in Year 11, 12 or equivalent.  Many of these children are from disadvantaged and diverse backgrounds.  Find out more about the great work the Motivation Foundation’s Training Academy is doing.
