Preston Point Wharf Refurbishment

Project Overview

The wharf had been at the site for at least 80 years and required an upgrade due to its severe state of deterioration. Following environmental approval, our team was engaged by the Department of Defence to refurbish the existing Preston Point Wharf.

The existing wharf extended 5 meters out over the water and was 80 meters long adjacent to the land.

The client was highly complementary of the team’s collaborative and transparent approach, and the team’s overall performance on the project.
