Governance and Ethical Conduct

Our approach to sustainability is underpinned by a robust corporate governance framework. This framework provides strategic direction for the responsible and sustained growth of our businesses.

Ertech undertakes all business in accordance with a business Code of Conduct. This guides business conduct for all employees and those who work for the business, ensuring that our governance and ethical standards are adhered to, and deals with issues such as Modern Slavery and ethical management of the supply chain.

Environmental Management

We seek to minimise our impact on the environment in which we work, and place a strong emphasis on meeting and exceeding our environmental compliance obligations. The management of our environmental impact is fundamental to how we deliver services and is embedded in our overall risk management framework.

Our environmental management system ensures a comprehensive, systematic and consistent approach to identifying and controlling environmental hazards and risks, and monitoring our environmental performance across the organisation.

Health and Safety Management

Ertech is committed to providing and maintaining safe work sites for employees, subcontractors and others affected by our work. We believe that all accidents are preventable.
