James Giumelli

Chairman

James has a civil engineering background with construction, consultancy and geotechnical experience in Australia and the UK. He has overseen the successful delivery of some of the company's largest projects including Wheatstone General Services 3, Gorgon Site Development and WAPET Landing, Utah Point Berth Project, and Ravensthorpe Nickel Project.

As Managing Director of Ertech Holdings, James is responsible for leading the group with a focus on increasing the capacity, operational performance and profitability across all business units. 

Alec Courts

Managing Director

Alec is an experienced Geotechnical and Marine Engineer having worked for over 25 years with a range of international contracting and consulting organisations. His roles have included both technical and operational responsibilities and he has acted as an Expert Witness in a number of geotechnical and marine construction projects.

As Managing Director of Ertech, Alec's key responsibilities include planning and directing the company's safe and profitable operations, attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals and directing the development of the organisation to ensure future growth.

Gavin Miller

Director

Gavin is a CPA, Chartered Secretary and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with over 20 years' financial and commercial management experience in diverse industries including manufacturing, utilities and civil construction.

As Executive Chairman of Ertech Holdings, Gavin is responsible for corporate strategy and business planning, risk management, compliance, and the financial performance of the Group.

Mick Unger

Director

Mick is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years' experience in civil construction projects.

Mick’s involvement within the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) demonstrates his enthusiasm and commitment to our industry. It also reflects the high level of respect that he has earned professionally. He has previously served as the CCF WA Branch President and is now a WA Branch board member and is the currently serving National President of the CCF.

As Director Pre-Contracts, Mick leads the Business Development, Engineering and Estimating functions within Ertech.
